MusicFreelancer.net provides this website and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@musicfreelancer.net.
No accounts, no tracking
There are no user accounts. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Data kept in your browser
The Gig Map, Rate Calculator and Split Sheet Builder keep your inputs, saved gigs and split sheets in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We never receive this data. Clearing your site data removes it.
Contact form and early-access sign-up
If you send a message through the contact form or join early access, we receive your email address and your message. They are stored in this product’s own Cloudflare R2 storage bucket and used only to reply to you. Messages are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@musicfreelancer.net.
AI features
When you use the AI Desk (Job Brief Writer, Pitch Writer, Rate Reply Coach), the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to write the answer. The site does not store that text. Please do not enter personal or confidential information.
Third parties
The site runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages, stores contact messages and runs Workers AI. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party requests from your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a contact message at any time. Because we hold no accounts, there is no other personal profile to access or erase. For any privacy question write to support@musicfreelancer.net.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above.
